As you know from previous posts I’m a big fan/supporter of the CyanogenMod Development team ever since getting my Droid and rooting it. I’ve looked into other ROM’s but so far the CyanogenMod team has made me happy with everything from UI, battery life & cool tools. So I wasn’t surprised when I read this on BGR:

The great thing about the smart phone is there is never a shortage of apps available. I for one have become a huge Droid fan. Since the Android platform is open source it gives way to a whole lot of creative freedom to develop amazing apps as well as trying out new customized ROM’s. I’m going to list five apps that I use on a daily basis that I feel will significantly enhance your Android experience.
